At Puget Sound Music Academy, we teach piano, violin, and cello lessons to students of all ages. Our curriculum is individually customized based on each student’s age, interests, and personalized musical goals. For younger students, this means providing fun music that encourages them to practice and helps them maintain interest. For older students, this means both working through method books and using other outlets of study, like longer solo pieces in multiple genres. We support a well-rounded approach to learning that incorporates theory, ear-training, and performance preparation. We believe that students can become successful musicians through collaborative learning with other student musicians, no matter their age or background.
